Nikki brings over 7 years of experience designing and leading strategic event programs, with a strong track record across venture capital, enterprise technology, and philanthropy. Most recently, she led the execution of Wing Venture Capital’s flagship campaign, Enterprise Tech 30, collaborating with Nasdaq and Newcomer Media to launch a major platform for recognizing top-performing enterprise startups.
She’s also orchestrated high-impact gatherings featuring Fortune 500 executives, AI founders, and senior federal security officials, aligning every detail with long-term relationship-building and pipeline outcomes.
Before her time at Wing, Nikki helped scale operations at Visund Ventures, designed global ESG programming for Moonridge Group, and launched over 100 customized wish experiences at Make-A-Wish — early evidence of her deep commitment to thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
Nikki leads our in-person events strategy across Founders Circle Capital and The Circle, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and our programming team to deliver best-in-class experiences for our members, portfolio companies, and investor community. She also develops and manages strategic partnerships and sponsorships, helping extend the reach and impact of our programming.
